Bailando en Buenos Aires

Set in the 1950's on the streets of Buenos Aires in Argentina, "Bailando en Buenos Aires" captures the passion and romanticism that surrounds the infamous Tango dance.

Inspired by trips to Buenos Aires, and the history of Tango, I wanted to frame the strength and endurance of the dance through lovers losing themselves in rhythmic step, despite the deluge.

A solitary megaphone unplugged, drenched and off to the side subtly suggests the music resounds in their hearts. Oblivious to a watching eye, pursed together by movement, dancing into the night.
