The purchase of products from this website is limited only to parties who are in accordance with the Australian law. These Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and any matters connected with any order placed on our website are governed by Australian Law.

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and do not include GST. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct.

Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit. Claudia Lyon Santander reserves the right to decline multiple quantities to one customer or address.

No credit card details are kept on record.
SHIPPING
All prints are shipped within 1-3 weeks of receiving the order and are sent by courier.

All framed prints are shipped within 3-6 weeks of receiving the order and are sent by courier.

An email notification will be sent to you upon dispatch with your tracking number and a link to the tracking service. If you have a question regarding the delivery process, please contact the courier directly.
Australia: Please add 1-2 weeks for delivery (shipping may be slower over December and January).

International: Please add 2-4 weeks for delivery (shipping may be slower over December and January).
If you are ordering a framed print, for safety reasons, we prefer to deliver to a business address. If the framed print is being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is available to receive the package in person. It may be heavy so please be careful. Keep an eye on your tracking dates.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Claudia Lyon Santander places a high standard on her product, achieving excellent quality. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us with details so that we can assist appropriately depending on the nature of the issue and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Organize your exchange or refund within 10 working days from date of delivery. SALE items must be returned within 5 working days from date of delivery. Proof of delivery date is required in both instances.
Your original receipt is required for all exchanges or refunds.

Returned purchases must be packed with care in their original packaging.
