    Are Claudia Lyon Santander's Limited-Edition Prints hand signed and numbered?

    Prints on paper are personally checked, signed by hand and numbered before shipping.

    Every print on glass is digitally signed and numbered.

     

    Does my print on paper come framed?

    No, I send all prints unframed.

     

    How are the prints packaged for shipment?

    All of my prints up to ~A3 size are packed in thick flat protective boards, layered carefully within ink protection paper, further packed and bubble wrap packaged for a safe journey. Only prints larger than A3 are rolled and wide-cylinder packed, always within ink protective paper.

     

    When will I receive my print?

    AUSTRALIA: All prints are shipped within 1-3 weeks of receipt of order and are sent by Fastway Couriers or Australia Post - Express. Upon dispatch you will receive an email regarding tracking information to monitor your delivery.

     

    INTERNATIONAL: Please allow 3-6 weeks from the order date for international shipping (4-8 weeks during December and January). Upon dispatch you will receive an email regarding tracking information to monitor your delivery.

     

    Is there a tracking number for my order?

    Yes, with every order a tracking number is recorded and emailed to you upon dispatch including a link to Tracking Details. If you have any questions, please contact the Courier directly regarding your delivery.

     

    Do you take private custom commissioned artwork?

    Taking into consideration my current projects and timing, yes, I do agree to commissioned artwork. Please email contact@claudialyonsantander.com with your request and I will be in touch.

     

    Can any artwork by Claudia Lyon Santander be purchased and re-produced in any way?

    No, all prints purchased on this site are for personal use and cannot be reproduced in any form. Please see Terms & Conditions for more information.

  • SHIPPING

    SHIPPING IS FREE. (We are unable to ship framed prints to countries other than Australia at this time.)

    All prints are shipped within 1-3 weeks of receiving the order and are sent by courier. An email notification will be sent to you upon dispatch with your tracking number and a link to the tracking service. If you have a question regarding the delivery process, please contact the courier directly.

    Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery (4-8 in December and January) from date of purchase.

    If you are ordering a print of glass, for safety reasons, we prefer to deliver to a business address. If the print is being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is available to receive the package in person. It may be heavy so please be careful.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Claudia Lyon Santander places a high standard on her product, achieving excellent quality. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will help you with an exchange or refund.

     

    Kindly organize your exchange or refund within 10 working days from date of delivery. SALE items must be returned within 5 working days from date of delivery. Proof of delivery date is required in both instances.

     

    Your original receipt is required for all exchanges or refunds.

     

    Returned purchases must be packed with care in their original packaging.

     

    Returned purchases must be accompanied by our Returns and Exchange Form. Please email contact@claudialyonsantander.com to request this form.
