    Are Claudia Lyon Santander's Limited-Edition Prints hand signed and numbered?

    All prints are personally checked, hand signed and numbered by Claudia before shipping.

     

    How are the prints packaged for shipment?

    All of my prints up to ~A3 size are packed in thick flat protective boards, layered carefully within ink protection paper, further packed and bubble wrap packaged for a safe journey. Only prints larger than A3 are rolled and wide-cylinder packed, always within ink protective paper.

     

    How are the framed prints packaged for shipment?

    Framed prints are packed carefully with layers of bubble wrap and placed in a box for a safe journey.

     

    When will I receive my print?

    All prints are shipped within 1-3 weeks of receiving the order and are sent by courier.

    All framed prints are shipped within 3-6 weeks of receiving the order and are sent by courier.

    An email notification will be sent to you upon dispatch with your tracking number and a link to the tracking service. If you have a question regarding the delivery process, please contact the courier directly.

    Australia: Please add 1-2 weeks for delivery (shipping may be slower over December and January).

    International: Please add 2-4 weeks for delivery (shipping may be slower over December and January).

     

    Is there a tracking number for my order?

    Yes, with every order a tracking number is recorded and emailed to you upon dispatch including a link to Tracking Details. If you have any questions, please contact the Courier directly regarding your delivery.

     

    Do you take private custom commissioned artwork?

    Taking into consideration my current projects and timing, yes, I do agree to commissioned artwork. Please email contact@claudialyonsantander.com with your details and I will be in touch.

     

    Can any artwork by Claudia Lyon Santander be purchased and re-produced in any way?

    No, all prints purchased on this site are for personal use and cannot be reproduced in any form. Please see Terms & Conditions for more information.

     

    Can I share your images on Social Media?

    Absolutely, feel free to share my artwork on Social Media. I only ask that you please add in a credit of:

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Claudia Lyon Santander places a high standard on her product, achieving excellent quality. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us with details so that we can assist appropriately depending on the nature of the issue and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

     

    Organize your exchange or refund within 10 working days from date of delivery. SALE items must be returned within 5 working days from date of delivery. Proof of delivery date is required in both instances.

     

    Your original receipt is required for all exchanges or refunds.

     

    Returned purchases must be packed with care in their original packaging.

     

    Returned purchases must be accompanied by our Returns and Exchange Form. Please email contact@claudialyonsantander.com to request this form.
